Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects while partnering closely with field leadership, ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractors. The Project Manager will play a critical role in maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships.

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate schedules and project milestones with Superintendents and field teams.
  • Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review contracts, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 5-10 years of experience with a General Contractor.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Background in K-12, office, healthcare, retail, industrial, or manufacturing construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
  • Stable career history and demonstrated commitment to project success.
  • Desire to grow into senior operational leadership over time.
