Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage environmental remediation and demolition projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee on-site operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking costs and approving expenditures.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong understanding of Code Rule 56 and related safety and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with environmental remediation and/or demolition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on safety and quality.
