• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
