Their continued growth has created an opportunity for a driven Project Manager / Estimator to become an integral part of the team.Job DescriptionPrepare conceptual and hard-bid estimates for commercial construction projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate budgets.Solicit, review, and qualify subcontractor bids.Develop scopes of work and assist with subcontractor buyout.Manage ground-up retail and automotive dealership projects from preconstruction through closeout.Maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.Process change orders and manage project costs.Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project execution.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
