Project Manager - Facade Restoration

• Plan and manage facade restoration projects from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate construction schedules, site activities, and project milestones to keep work on track.
• Review project plans, scope details, and site conditions to support accurate delivery.
• Work with contractors and project stakeholders to address day-to-day project needs.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates on timelines, work status, and next steps.
• Coordinate materials, site access, and required project activities to support timely construction work.
• Identify project issues early and work with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Maintain project records and documentation throughout each facade restoration project.
