Job Description

  • Lead full lifecycle project execution from planning through closeout
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Oversee job site operations, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including subcontractor timelines
  • Monitor budgets, cost reports, and financial performance against targets
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, buyouts, and ongoing administration
  • Execute change management processes and resolve project issues proactively
  • Track material procurement, fabrication, and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate reporting, including job status, forecasting, and profit plans
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, consultants, and project partners
  • Communicate updates on schedule, cost, and risks to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, P6 scheduling)
  • Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and subcontract management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex construction challenges
  • Experience with contract administration and negotiation
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening
  • U.S. citizenship required
