Job Description

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $300K to $5M in value.
  • Support active projects across several buildings on a major federal campus.
  • Serve as a key operational leader and point of communication between field teams and executive leadership.
  • Provide oversight and support to on-site superintendents to ensure project schedules, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct site walks and provide project feedback to leadership and estimating teams.
  • Review project budgets, estimates, and line-item pricing to support project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore, ProjectTeam, and MS Project.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will act as an additional leadership presence on campus, helping maintain visibility across multiple ongoing projects while supporting long-term operational growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with projects ranging from approximately $300K to $5M.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and support field personnel and superintendents.
  • Experience in federal construction, healthcare/medical office environments, IDIQ contracts, or JOC contracting is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of estimating principles and project financials.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, ProjectTeam, and MS Project.
  • Professional, adaptable, team-oriented, and driven to grow within an expanding organization.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
