Job Description

  • Support project delivery from preconstruction through completion.
  • Attend the project site daily and assist with field coordination efforts.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Assist with project scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking.
  • Work closely with Superintendents to monitor progress and maintain project milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Help ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contract requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and client communications.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience acting in an Assistant Project Manager capacity.
  • Experience on healthcare, federal, commercial, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with VA, government, or healthcare construction is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Report to the job site daily
