Their entrepreneurial culture, strong reputation, and repeat-client relationships create excellent opportunities for career growth and long-term success.Job Description The Project Manager - Federal/Commercial Interiors - NoVA will:Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction turnover through closeout.Oversee subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Develop, maintain, and update project schedules while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.Lead RFI management, submittal tracking, change order administration, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost-to-complete analysis, and profitability reporting.Collaborate with field teams to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.Coordinate project activities across geographically dispersed job sites and travel as needed.Manage multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $2.5M to $5M in value.Support successful delivery of secure facilities, executive office buildouts, corporate interiors, conference centers, federal projects, and workplace renovations.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
