Job Description

* Manage financial-sector construction projects from planning through completion
* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Track record delivering banking, financial, or healthcare projects
* Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
