Our mid-sized General Contracting firm located in St. Louis is looking to add a talented Project Manager to their growing team! The Project Manager will work autonomously and be responsible for jobs start to finish. They are responsible for leading and managing on behalf of the client to successfully complete quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Minimal travel (3-4 days a month)
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimate.
  • Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of construction industry experience.
  • 3-4 years of lead project management experience.
  • Ideally commercial/multifamily experience ($5M-$15M).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage project from full cradle to grave.
  • A solid understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and planning skills.
