Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through successful completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and resources
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all teams
  • Oversee procurement activities, change orders, and cost controls
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum
  • Conduct regular site visits to support project execution and client relationships
  • Prepare project reports, forecasts, and executive updates
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentorship opportunities within the project management team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction
  • Experience working for a General Contractor is required
  • Federal or government construction project experience is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Eligible to pass federal background checks and access secure project sites
  • Experience supporting Pentagon, federal agency, or other secure government projects is a plus
  • Proficient with construction management software and project controls tools
