Seeking a Project Manager with relevant experience in the local market to join their team.Job DescriptionManage all phases of government construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate with government agencies, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and agency regulations.Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and executive leadership.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance management.Monitor project costs and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.Review change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
