Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Project Executive
  • Managing the Assistant Project Manager
  • On site/in office mix - projects greater Boston
  • Supporting full project lifecycle in partnership with Lead Superintendent
  • Maintaining safety culture and compliance
  • Managing document control, submittals, and procurement tracking
  • Ensuring subcontractor compliance (contracts, insurance, mobilization)
  • Managing stakeholder communication (Owner, Architect, Subs)
  • Overseeing daily execution and proactive planning
  • Leading buyout, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Managing cost control, forecasting, and profitability
  • Leading change order process (pricing through execution)
  • Supporting scheduling, conflict resolution, and risk management
  • Mentoring APMs and overseeing their work product

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of Construction Project Managment experience (with a General Contractor)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferably Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture)
  • Ground up wood framed multifamily experience
