One of the top general contractors is Massachusetts is seeking a well-tenured Project Manager to join their team on an upcoming pipeline of ground up projects throughout Worcester.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for each project phase.
  • Foster strong communication between all project team members and external partners.
