Known for collaborative, relationship-driven culture, they offer leadership accessibility, long-term stability, and exciting growth plans.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial Projects will:Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of execution.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communications.Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.Maintain project financials, forecasts, and reporting while ensuring profitability.Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and workflows.Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule goals.Partner closely with field teams and company leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.Oversee ground-up and complex renovation projects ranging from $2M to $20M+, with opportunities to support larger projects exceeding $50M.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
