Job Description

The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial Projects will:

  • Manage commercial construction projects through all phases of execution.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and client communications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Maintain project financials, forecasts, and reporting while ensuring profitability.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and workflows.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule goals.
  • Partner closely with field teams and company leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee ground-up and complex renovation projects ranging from $2M to $20M+, with opportunities to support larger projects exceeding $50M.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial Projects should have:

  • 5-10+ years of construction management experience.
  • Proven track record managing commercial construction projects.
  • Strong tenure and demonstrated career stability.
  • Experience overseeing ground-up construction projects.
  • Proficiency with Procore.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced enironment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Experience within retail, hospitality, automotive, life science, academic, or corporate interior projects.
  • Ability to commute to the Beverly, MA area.
