With a strong pipeline of work, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to internal development, they offer employees long-term career opportunities and exposure to a wide variety of complex projects.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction, design coordination, and procurement through project closeout.Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability goals are achieved.Create and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure project execution aligns with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and opportunities.Oversee both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.Support ongoing business growth by contributing to repeat business opportunities and client development efforts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
