Job Description

The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address any construction-related issues.
