Project Manager - Ground Up Construction

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and track project budgets and schedules
• Lead subcontractor buyouts and contract negotiations
• Coordinate with field teams and superintendents
• Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure project profitability and timeline adherence
