About Our Client

Our client has 50+ years in business operating in large scale commercial and public construction. We are seeking to add a skilled Project Manager to our growing office for Worcester and greater Worcester work!

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to establish project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to relevant parties.
  • Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
