We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ground-up K-12 construction projects valued at $20M+ across Georgia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractor procurement, owner relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones.
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts and project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience managing educational, institutional, municipal, or public-sector projects.
  • Ability to oversee multiple project components simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Georgia based on project assignments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
