The Project Manager will play a critical role in delivering complex projects, and the Project Manager will have direct exposure to executive leadership and key client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Job DescriptionLead projects from conceptual planning and preconstruction through final completion and closeout.Become actively involved during budgeting, estimating, and preconstruction phases.Assist with bidding, procurement, subcontractor selection, and trade package development.Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the duration of each project.Coordinate closely with estimating, field operations, consultants, and ownership teams.Conduct constructability reviews and develop comprehensive trade scopes.Lead contract negotiations and oversee contract administration activities.Manage permitting efforts, utility coordination, project schedules, budgets, and cash flow.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure successful project execution.The Project Manager will oversee projects that are primarily delivered through the CM-at-Risk method.The Project Manager will support complex institutional and mission-driven projects, including educational facilities, museums, and university projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
