Job Description

* Lead a ground-up multifamily project valued at $30M to $35M from preconstruction through completion.
* Manage budgeting, procurement strategy, project schedules, and cost controls.
* Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Oversee site operations and provide leadership to the superintendent and project support staff.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven Project Manager experience with a general contractor.
* Background delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects.
* Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ independently.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and preconstruction processes.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
