Job Description

  • Lead projects through the full construction lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to drive project execution, coordination, and performance
  • Foster and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all project teams
  • Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, procurement activities, and contract administration
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance, insurance requirements, and mobilization efforts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Lead subcontractor buyout efforts, scope development, and contract negotiations
  • Manage project change orders from pricing through execution and client approval
  • Support scheduling, risk mitigation, conflict resolution, and long-term project planning
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers while ensuring quality project deliverables
  • Drive project outcomes that exceed client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred
  • Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction projects
  • Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead project teams and build relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, buyout, procurement, and contract administration
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
