Job Description

  • Lead all aspects of large-scale ground-up garden-style multifamily projects from preconstruction to turnover
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, ownership groups, design teams, consultants, and trade partners
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks affecting schedule or budget
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Lead owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and financial performance of assigned projects
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a team-oriented environment

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up wood-frame garden-style multifamily projects valued at $40M+
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced construction environments
