With a reputation built on integrity, employee satisfaction, and repeat business, they continue to secure a robust pipeline of negotiated work across New Hampshire and Southern Maine.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M.Assume full ownership of projects following handoff from preconstruction/estimating teams.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and change management processes.Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, reporting, and project controls.Support field teams and collaborate closely with company leadership throughout project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
