Project Manager - Ground Up Retail Construction

• Manage all phases of ground‑up retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients
• Lead procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Drive project schedules in fast-track retail build environments
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project performance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
