Project Manager - Ground Up Retail

• Manage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations.
