With a reputation for quality, innovation, and client satisfaction, they offer a collaborative environment where construction professionals can build long-term careers while working on impactful projects.Job DescriptionLead the delivery of ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution plans.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.Oversee procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor management.Monitor project costs, forecasts, and change orders to ensure financial targets are met.Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure site operations run efficiently and safely.Manage project risks and proactively resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget.Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and final reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
