Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing preconstruction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects at a time
  • Developing schedules, budges, and schedules of values
  • Mentoring Assistant Project Managers & Office Engineers
  • Negotiating with subs and vendors

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience leading wastewater projects or site work/ parks/fields background
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Other valuable experience: Site/Infrastructure, Ground up Public, Ground up Commercial, $20M+ projects
  • Commutable to Halifax MA
