Job Description

* Lead construction projects ranging from $20M-$50M from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage buyouts, scopes, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
* Drive project performance, risk management, and client communication
* Oversee project teams and ensure successful execution of key milestones

The Successful Applicant

* Experience managing ground-up or major renovation projects up to $50M
* Strong background in scheduling, buyouts, scope management, and project ownership
* Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
* Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms
* Healthcare construction and AHCA experience preferred but not required
