Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day project management activities for a new $200M hospital project in Bluffton, SC.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive project execution to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are achieved.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and project performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders and maintain clear communication across all parties.
  • Support field operations while ensuring adherence to company standards and healthcare construction requirements.
  • Manage project closeout activities and successful turnover upon project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Previous experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading ground-up projects with significant project values.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
