This Texas-based commercial contractor has been delivering construction services for more than 50 years, with expertise in general contracting, construction management, design-build, and integrated project delivery.

The company is particularly recognized for healthcare construction but also works on education, commercial, faith-based, recreational, and other complex institutional facilities. Known for its emphasis on Lean Construction principles, it focuses on improving project efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience

Job Description

  • Oversee site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, managing workflows and resolving issues quickly.
  • Enforce safety standards and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and protocols.
  • Monitor quality control throughout all phases to meet strict healthcare construction requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a unit leader in healthcare construction projects with strong technical knowledge.
  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project time-lines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams
