They are looking to add Project Managers to their construction team who will grow within the department to help lead the pre-construction team. Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and leadership.Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, NFPA, OSHA, and healthcare-specific requirements.Oversee infection control risk assessments (ICRA) and interim life safety measures (ILSM).Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting repeat business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
