Job Description

  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee renovations, additions, and highly technical interior renovations
  • Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field personnel
  • Review and manage construction documents, schedules, budgets, and project reporting
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
  • Healthcare construction experience required
  • Experience with renovations, additions, and technical interior projects
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and project administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Military or Army background preferred
  • Motivated, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
  • VA Hospital project experience highly preferred
