Job Description

  • Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field of study, or equivilant experience outside of formal education
  • At least 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience
  • Experience with complex projects, such as Healthcare, Mission Critical, Heavy Industrial, etc.
  • Innovative mindset - constantly seeking to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Ability to utilize technology and learn new softwares
  • Report to office in Birmingham area, with occasional site and client visits across the Southeast
