Job Description

* Manage commercial, public, healthcare, education, municipal, and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project documentation.

* Collaborate with owners, subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

* Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

* Drive project performance while ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 5-10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

* Experience delivering public, government, institutional, healthcare, or large commercial projects.

* Strong understanding of contracts, schedules, change orders, and compliance requirements.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex project documentation.

* Construction Management degree preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
