Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are achieved
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyouts, contract negotiations, and project documentation
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls throughout delivery
  • Collaborate with field teams, clients, architects, and consultants to drive successful outcomes
  • Support business development efforts and mentor junior team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 9+ years of construction project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience delivering healthcare, warehouse, industrial, K-12, higher education, or mission critical projects
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and project teams
  • Proven ability to lead projects, solve problems, and drive results
