Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and key project stakeholders
  • Partner with field teams to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently
  • Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings when required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven ability to independently lead projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Experience with healthcare and/or K-12 projects preferred
  • Self-motivated communicator with a team-first mindset
