Job Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects in occupied spaces while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and safety standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, budgets, and timelines for internal and client review.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
