Job Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Chantilly, VA will be responsible for:

  • Manage healthcare renovation projects in active, occupied hospital environments
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure safe execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and trade partners
  • Ensure strict compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control requirements
  • Navigate sensitive environments such as ICUs, birthing units, and inpatient spaces with professionalism
  • Support company growth in Northern Virginia and the expanding Richmond market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Chantilly, VA should have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Healthcare renovation experience strongly preferred
  • Richmond candidates: 5+ years of true, inpatient hospital renovation experience required
  • Experience managing projects in occupied or operational spaces
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
