Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.
  • Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Manage up to two active projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Support successful project delivery while mentoring junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to manage projects valued at $15M+.
  • Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost-control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
