Combining the agility of a local office with the resources of a larger organization, the company offers outstanding career growth, stability, and project diversity.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations.Manage up to two active projects simultaneously.Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively resolve challenges.Review and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations.Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.Support successful project delivery while mentoring junior team members.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
