Job Description

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.
  • Lead project teams through planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
  • Review contracts, change orders, and project financial performance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering healthcare, medical, religious, faith-based, or community-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
