Project Manager -Healthcare,Education,High-End Commercial - CT

• Manage commercial construction projects valued at $25M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement activities, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead project planning efforts and proactively address risks, challenges, and opportunities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Support projects within healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, and other high-end commercial markets.
• Report directly to the Project Executive.
• Work from a combination of project sites and office locations, depending on project assignment.
• Potential assignments may include projects throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Southern New England.
