An established Massachusetts contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee wastewater and water infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and project execution while working closely with leadership on a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

Job Description

  • Manage wastewater, pump station, and utility construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Partner with company leadership to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction.
  • Wastewater, water treatment, utility, civil, or related infrastructure project experience.
  • Sitework experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, contracts, and project financials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to commute to Halifax, MA and local project sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
