With a collaborative culture and accessible leadership team, they offer employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a long-term career.Job DescriptionManage wastewater, pump station, and utility construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, engineers, and project stakeholders.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.Review and manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.Monitor project performance to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Partner with company leadership to support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
