Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial interior construction projects from precon through close-out
  • Overseeing 1-2 projects initially, scaling to 3-4 concurrently
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Leading communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitoring project risks and proactively resolving challenges
  • Utilizng tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project for execution
  • Driving high-end corporate interior and renovation project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-7+ years of Project Management experience within a General Contractor
  • Proven track record delivering high-end commercial interior projects
  • Strong knowledge of the DC/Northern Virginia construction market
  • Ability to step into projects quickly with minimal onboarding
  • Experience working with corporate, legal, healthcare, or government clients preferred
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Stable career history with a focus on project ownership and delivery
