Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and client communications.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months in duration.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify solutions to scheduling or operational challenges.
  • Review project documentation, contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders for accuracy.
  • Partner closely with field staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
  • Monitor project financials, including forecasting, cost control, billing, and reporting.
  • Ensure exceptional quality standards, particularly on projects featuring high-end finishes and complex interior buildouts.
  • Support a collaborative team environment while contributing to continuous process improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements to Apply

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably within interior construction, tenant improvements, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, or corporate environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in different phases simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost management.
  • Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
