Job Description

  • Lead 1-2 luxury residential projects from precon through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, takeoffs, and estimates
  • Work closely with Superintendents, subs, and internal teams (4-5 per job)
  • Maintain strong client relationships; act as primary point of contact
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders
  • Ensure quality, safety, and project delivery aligned to high-end standards
  • Collaborate across teams using Microsoft Office & Bluebeam
  • Take a hands-on approach in all phases of construction

A successful Project Manager - High End Residential should have:
