• High end custom residential projects Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
