Job Description

* Manage $5M+ ground-up and interior restaurant construction projects
* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financials
* Lead communication between clients, field teams, architects, and consultants
* Drive quality, safety, and schedule performance throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
* Experience delivering upscale restaurant, hospitality, or luxury retail projects
* Track record managing projects with high-end finishes and demanding clients
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and change orders
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
